Pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support Dan Work Family Conflict Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Dengan Work Life Balance Sebagai Mediasi
(Studi Kasus Pada Pegawai KPP Madya Semarang Yang Melaksanakan Work from Home)
Abstract
Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh perceived organizational support dan work family conflict terhadap work life balance, serta menguji work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sekaligus menguji pengaruh perceived organizational support dan work family conflict terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi work life balance. Desain penelitian secara kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan jumlah responden sebanyak 119 orang yang merupakan seluruh pegawai KPP Madya Semarang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap work life balance, namun work family conflict tidak berpengaruh. Selanjutnya, perceived organizational support terbukti tidak berpengaruh langsung namun melalui mediasi work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja. Work family conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja tanpa melalui mediasi. Work life balance berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
