Peran Organizational citizenship behavior Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Locus of control Dan Workload Terhadap Stres Kerja
(Studi Pada KPP Pratama Demak)
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh locus of control dan Workload terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, selanjutnya locus of control, Workload dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap stres kerja baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 102 pegawai KPP Pratama Demak dan semuanya dijadikan responden. Data utama berupa data primer dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, teknik analisis menggunakan pendekatan regresi linier berganda dan sobel test. Hasil pengujian terbukti bahwa pengaruh locus of control berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja baik secara langsung maupun. Workload berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja. Workload tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan stres kerja. Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Organizational citizenship behavior memediasi pengaruh locus of control terhadap stres kerja, namun tidak memediasi pengaruh Workload terhadap stres kerja.
