Pengaruh Employee engagement dan Leader member exchange Terhadap Kinerja Dengan Mediasi Organizational citizenship behavior
(Studi Kasus Pada KPP Pratama Semarang Candisari)
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh employee engagement dan leader member exchange terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, serta employee engagement, leader member exchange dan organizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja baik secara langsung maupun melaui mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan total sampling kepada pegawai KPP Pratama Semarang Candisari sebanyak 102 orang. Teknik analisis untuk uji pengaruh langsung menggunakan regresi linier berganda, sedangkan uji mediasi menggunakan sobel test. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa employee engagement dan leader member exchange secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh langsung secara positip dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Begitu pula untuk employee engagement dan organizational citizenship behavior secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh langsung secara positip dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Berbeda halnya dengan leader member exchange tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Uji sobel membuktikan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior terbukti memediasi pengaruh employee engagement dan leader member exchange terhadap kinerja.
