Abstract

Strategi balance scorecard merupakan suatu metode yang digunakan oleh para internal di beberapa perusahaan  dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Demikian juga dengan bisnis perbankan yang terus melakukan inovasi untuk meningkatkan komponen - komponen penting di dalamnya. Sesuai dengan manfaatnya, strategi balance scorecard dengan keempat perspektifnya sangat menolong institusi perbankan dalam memperbaiki kinerja untuk mencapai perbankan yang digital yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan rasio keuangan, kepuasan nasabah, kepuasan kinerja internal serta pertumbuhan pembelajaran di dalamnya. PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Jakarta Pusat sudah mengimplementasikan digital banking terhitung 2 (dua) tahun terakhir. Terlihat dari laporan tahunan dan analisis internal, Bank BNI telah mencapai target kinerja yang baik. Akan tetapi, tidak dipungkiri bahwa ada beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan lebih serius terkait implementasi digital banking seperti IT system dan budaya kerja yang lebih agile guna mencapai tagline “BNIituDigital” dan hal ini dapat ditinjau dengan metode The Balance Scorecard Perspectives
